Coaching

What is Coaching… A magical interaction between two people, in which the client, with the support of the coach, reveals their potential, finding ways to solve the problem, looks deep into themselves and achieves the desired goals in the most effective, ecological, and fast way.

It was coaching that collected the most useful information from the most diverse areas of psychology and psychotherapy, from NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to transactional analysis.

The first thing that comes to mind when we talk about coaching is effective questions. Coaching is the art of asking the right questions to stimulate the client’s imagination and thinking, allowing them to think freely and explore options.

Systemic & Family Constellations

Systemic and family constellation is a powerful tool that is used in therapy to understand issues related to personal and professional life. These insights obtained in the work lead us to resolution and understanding, both at the level of conscious and unconscious. It is one of the few tools that helps us, with the least emotional and less time consuming, at getting closer to solutions that meet our best and highest interests.

Family and Systemic constellation was pioneered by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, who has also studied psychoanalysis, family therapy, gestalt therapy and transactional analysis. Hellinger’s innovative approach allowed the way for application of constellations to not just personal problems but also problems that occur within an organisation.

Systemic & Family Constellations

Business Constellation

Organisational Constellations are an evolution of Family Constellations that can reveal the hidden dynamics in companies and other kinds of organisations and communities. Organisational facilitators can set up representatives to look at leadership issues, conflict resolution between colleagues, dynamics between founders and successors, relationships between various stakeholders and challenges of innovation and organisational restructuring.  This approach can also be used to discover a deeper understanding and resolution for larger social, cultural, ethnic, and racial issues by shifting perceptions, creating new insights and uncovering different forms of action for moving forward.

Mac

MAC Therapy

The abbreviation MAC stands for “Metaphorical Associative Cards”. They resemble playing cards or postcards with images. They most often depict animals, landscapes, various objects and their combinations, abstractions, and patterns. Pictures evoke associations in a person; therefore the cards are “associative”. In addition, the card is a metaphor for what worries a person, what they fear or desire, so the cards are “metaphorical”.

The significance of these cards lies in the fact that they help to understand feelings and thoughts that a person cannot describe.
The success of this therapy lies in its ease. Every adult can think in images, children also have associations. MAC improve the process of primary psychodiagnostics and communication.
